Refer a friend/family member or refer yourself!

We are offering a $500 referral check to anyone who sends us a qualified applicant who is hired. You can refer a friend, family member, or even refer yourself.

Payment will be made once that employee successfully completes 90 days of work.

All candidates will be considered, however, there is no guarantee your referral will be interviewed or hired. An employee referral must be submitted PRIOR TO the application being made. Employee must start within 30 days of referral submission.

We are looking for hard working candidates, who are trainable and can follow protocols and procedures - someone you would trust in your own home.

Qualifications:

Lead Carpenters - At least 3 year of experience in construction, contracting, and/or professional home installation projects
Carpenter Helpers - At least 1 year of experience in construction, contracting, and/or professional home installation projects
Apprentices - 0-1 year of experience in construction, contracting, and/or professional home installation projects and/or an appetite to learn a skilled trade
Self motivated, on-time, and personable
Can work alone when necessary
Positive attitude and ready to work!
Must be able to pass a drug test
Current and Active Driver’s License + clean driving record for past 3 years
