To our Customers,
As a precautionary measure, for the safety and health of our customers and staff, we have paused all install operations and closed our showrooms until Governor Reeves' Shelter in Place Executive Order expires on April 20, 2020 at 8:00 am.
If you are experiencing an emergency warranty issue, please give us a call. We have installation staff on call to repair any emergency related problems. If you are unsure if your warranty issue is an emergency or not, we can help you with this. Give us a call anyway.
We are also still giving free estimate via Zoom meetings and our phone lines are always open!
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We will be back in full operation as soon as absolute possible.

Dear Customers,
Though we have been deemed an "essential business" by the Mayor of Tupelo's Executive Order, we find the responsible thing to do is close certain parts of our business. Our showrooms in Tupelo and Columbus are temporarily closed but that does not mean we are closed for business. We will be evaluating installation jobs on a case by case basis that can be done exclusively outside without coming into the home. We are also able to give free estimates via virtual meetings. Our phone lines are open for your calls. We will be reaching out to all customers who are currently in line for installations to discuss your options. Our showrooms will re open as soon as prudently acceptable. We will be posting updates on this page (tupeloww.com/covid19) regarding business during COVID-19. Your comments/feedback are appreciated and we very much thank you for your business.
